Costa Rica Wellness Retreat
We are happy to announce our first retreat for 2024 !!!
Jackie, Rouba, and I are very excited to share this experience with you all. This is a long time coming and so needed nowadays. This retreat is perfect to reset, rejuvenate and reconnect with your essence.
Retreat Details
There are so many moving parts in our lives, and lots of our energy goes out to attend to everyone else’s needs. In this retreat, you will invest in your health and well-being.
You will learn about your constitution from an Ayurvedic perspective so you can go through life with a better understanding of what works for you, where boundaries are needed, and make some room in your day-to-day for self-awareness and care.
The retreat will take place in the beautiful town of Potrero in the Guanacaste Province in the northern part of Costa Rica. The town is conveniently a 50 minutes drive from Liberia International Airport, which offers direct flights from many cities worldwide, including Toronto.
The Retreat will Include:

Accommodation for 8 days and 7 nights

Three meals per day.

One excursion.

Transportation from and to the Airport.

One set of Original Tune Up massage balls.

Three daily classes include breathwork, meditation, yoga, fascia release, and Pilates.

One-hour Ayurvedic consultation.

Group Sound Bath.
Pricing and Cancellation Policy:
The price includes taxes and can be converted into Canadian Dollars.
A 3-month payment plan is available without any additional cost.
Accommodation is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Airfare is not included in the price.

Full refund before November 15th.
50 % refund before December 15th.
After December 15th, we can only issue refunds if we find someone to take your spot.
