In today’s work environments we find ourselves exposed to high levels of stress trying to meet deadlines and working long hours. High levels of stress can affect mental health, disrupt bodily systems and cause disease. Stress can also interfere with healthy behaviors like exercise, eating, balance and sleep. In an organization stress can cause burnout, reduce productivity, increase absenteeism and turnover.

This program will teach you techniques to cope with stress, increase resilience, emotional regulation, find work/life balance, and improve diet and lifestyle to help manage stress and anxiety.
